Reviews

  1. These are soooo good and different grilled! I used freshly ground turkey breast rather than the ground turkey.

  2. Tragically, Dog, watched me cook from beginning to end. He hunkered down and growled as I waved it in his face. As I walked away, he was mumbling incoherently about throwing himself in front of a car.

  3. Great recipe! Instead of breadcrumbs, I substituted cooked rice. It makes the burger a little moister and I think it brings out the flavors a little more as well. Make sure the rice is cooled before you add.

  4. Good! I could eat them without the sauce and the bun. Used 1 chipotle and 1 t of the sauce.

  5. These are out of this world!!! I would give these ten stars if I could!!! My dh said we don't have to ever eat a beef hamburger again. These were moist, juicy and full of spicy flavor. I agree with the other review the ketchup sauce really makes these. I will definitely be making these again!!!

Tweaks

  1. Made these last night, and they are delicious!!! I added a couple of teaspoons of grill seasoning instead of the salt and pepper, some minced red bell pepper and a splash of worcestershire to the turkey. Served with the chipotle ketchup and some fresh guacamole. Delicious and different.
