  1. So easy and tasty! Served with bacon gravy for breakfast. This was my first attempt at making biscuits. I normally use the frozen buttermilk kind, but this morning I was all out and DH wanted biscuits and gravy. Not as easy as taking pre-made biscuits out of a bag, but almost :-) Just as tasty and much cheaper!! Thank you!

  3. These were great little biscuits which were very easy to throw together and also very tasty. You just can't beat them with some butter and strawberry jam! Thanks, gypsysister. (: PAC 2007

  4. These come together so quickly and are so tasty I've made them several times in the past two weeks! I hate rolling out dough so when the directions say "flatten" I know this recipe was written for me! I usually use soy milk and margarine so they're not dairy, but I made them the other day with butter and milk and sprinkled a strong cheddar cheese on top. Wow! I use a whisky shot glass to cut them out so I get around 18-24 to a batch.

Hi all! Just a bit about me I suppose... I live in Chicago,IL, the city of big shoulders, one of the finest cities in the world! I spend my days at the Shedd aquarium with the belugas, dolphins, penguins, and otters there (mostly getting wet and dirty!) And I'm also workin' on my masters in marine biology. I love to cook, and have found Zaar to be a wonderful resource full of great food and great folks... two of the most important things in life :) Being born in Israel and of Tunisian decent, food is naturally quite important to me.. so this is fun! <img src="http://i23.photobucket.com/albums/b399/susied214/permanent%20collection/Adopted1smp.jpg" border="0" alt="Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket">
