Directions

  1. Cream butter and sugar together. Add cinnamon, salt and vanilla. Fold in flour, making a stiff dough.
  2. Chill 1-2 hours.
  3. Preheat oven to 350. Mix together the 1 cup powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
  4. Form dough into 1 inch balls. Roll the balls in the powdered sugar mixture.
  5. Bake 15-20 minutes or until slightly browned.
