  1. Set oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream butter, shortening and sugar.
  3. Add the eggs and extracts; mix well.
  4. Combine the next seven ingredients; gradually add to the creamed mixture.
  5. Shape into 1-inch balls; roll in sugar.
  6. Place 2-inches apart onto a ungreased baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 10-15 mins, or until lightly browned.
