  • Cream butter and sweetened condensed milk until well combined. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat until smooth.
  • Mix in remaining dry ingredients and beat until dough comes together. Divide dough into 4 balls and wrap each in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F Grease or line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Roll each ball into a 10-inch circle. Brush each circle with 1/4 cup of the filling mixture.
  • Cut each circle into 12 wedges. Roll each wedge from the wide end. Place on prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake in preheated oven 18-20 minutes or until lightly browned.

  1. not sure in ounces 300 ml for milk but used 14 oz. can , dough was easy to work with and rolled beautifully. i did find the cookies rather large ,next time will divide into 6 balls and aim for smaller size , coookies are soft and have nice flavor. thank you.
     
  2. Maybe I did something wrong with this recipe, but the dough was terrible. The dough turned out tough and chewy, and didn't rise. I ended up throwing them all away.

Her sweets are fantastics, especially her pound cakes, Yummm <br> <br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
