  1. I made this for dessert and it was more like a cinnamon roll cake, but very quick and easy. I added some homemade butter cream icing and it was really tasty. My fiancee is hard to please when it comes to food, but he loved this dessert. Thank you.
     
  2. Pretty tasty; this is not cookie but cake. The base is like vanilla cake, only a little chewier. The cinnamon mixture melts down thru it and spreads out. It almost reminds me of a cakelike cinnamon bun. Probably would make a good coffee cake. (I'm sure the "1cup cinnamon" is a mistake; I used 1 Tbsp but 1 tsp would probably work.)
