Reviews

  1. Easy and low fat and very yummy! Thanks!

  2. Absolutely delicious! It took time and a fair bit of patience to coat the popcorn with the mixture but the result was well worth the effort.

  3. I loved this, but did change a few things. I followed everything except omitted cinnamon and added a bit of vanilla extract, butter flavoring and rum extract (very small amounts)....this tasted so much like carmel corn...I loved it. Was not wet at all.

  4. well i have found a new favorite was to make popcorn. this weekend i made it 3 times!! the first i put cinnamon and vanilla... delicious. the second i made some spiced nuts and used the same spices and it was extreemely good. the third i thought i would try chocolate so i added cocoa poweder and threw in some mm's. this was not as tasty. but the popcorn turns out cruncy and delicious and there is so much you could try and its quick and easy. thank you thank you. i love popcorn and this is fun!

  5. I really, really liked the flavor of this. I added 1/2 tsp. vanilla to the recipe and it was like a cinnamon bun. My only complaint is it seemed to make the popcorn kind of 'wet' which made it lose volume when I baked it. I will try the recipe again and I will try whipping the coating more to see if that was the problem. If so, I'll update the review. Great change of pace from caramel corn! If you are a cinnamon lover too, you need to try this recipe.

Tweaks

  1. I used brown sugar instead of cane and replaced the cinnamon with a half tsp of real vanilla extract. The best caramel corn yet. Not sticky, but crunchy. The cinnamon version of this recipe was also very, very yummy!
