  1. I've been seeking out a granola recipe like this for what seems like FOREVER! That it's a single serving makes it even more perfect. I used a packet of Quaker Organic instant oatmeal, which is around 1/3 cup; "generic" Special K, regular Fiber One, and Multigrain Cheerios. I also used 1 1/2 T of sugar-free maple syrup instead of honey, and skipped the vanilla. I made it at night and let it sit until morning, when I added milk. I think I prefer my oats cooked, but nevertheless, I'd probably make this again. Thanks!

  2. This was FABULOUS! It's a perfect portion size for just 1 person & made a great snack. I used only 1/4 cup rolled oats, Total cereal, multigrain Cheerios & Grape Nuts flakes. I I didn't use any vanilla & only microwaved for 1 min. Turned out great. I sliced up some banana & added some of my low carb vanilla yogurt for a yummy, filling snack. Thank u so much for sharing this; will make again for sure!!
