  • Sift together dry ingredients.
  • Beat eggs slightly.
  • Stir in milk, oil and sugar and add to dry ingredients all at once.
  • Mix just till blended.
  • Grease bottom of muffin cups or use paper baking cups.
  • Fill half full and bake at 375 for 12-15 minutes.

  1. My family loved these. We were out of electricity and I was using my oven to get some heat. Made this as directed other then I used Splenda brown sugar blend so only used 1/2 cup. They were great warm and just as good after they cooled. I only got 17 muffins though.
     
  2. As stated, a lovely basic cinnamon muffin. Smells great when cooking. This is my go to recipe, must have made this at least 20 times. I have served them warm too & they smell like cinnamon donuts.
