Superb! I have made milk bath for a couple of years now and these are the same ingredients I use BUT I never thought to add spices -- thank you for such a wonderful idea. I tried this recipe, doubling the cinnamon though, and it was great. Milk bath is such a skin softenener; I urge everyone to try this!

I gave myself a few hours off and had a chocolate and cinnamon spa day. I used the Chocolate Bliss Moisture Mask (Recipe #206789) and Gingerbread Body Scrub (Recipe #197416) along with this milk bath. As mentioned before there is a little bit of mess to this, and it certainly shows you which spots you missed during cleaning! But a splash of water, or turning on the shower for a few seconds takes care of all that. This made an awesome bath, I was worried about getting a itchy rash, which is usual for me. But nothing of the sort happened which makes me so very happy. There is one thing I need to add though, always do a light all over exfoliation, that way you have clean living skin soaking up all the good stuff, otherwise your just soaking the dry dead skin layer.

Great stuff ! I have used this twice now and love it. I am not sure if it is my sensitive skin or our water here but the first time I used the 2 Tablespoons and it was nice but tonight I used 3 Tablespoons and my skin feels great. It really is a nice skin softener and the cinnamon was a nice touch for those of us who cannot use most other scented stuff. Thanks for posting this and it will make a great gift too.

My family is usually scared to ask what's for dinner as it probably will be something we have never had before and none of us know if we will like it. I have a family full of picky eaters, but I always make them at least try something before deciding if they like it or not!
