ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄2 cup oatmeal
- 1⁄2 cup flour
- 1⁄2 cup butter
- 6 cups sliced peaches
- 2⁄3 teaspoon cinnamon
directions
- Preheat oven to 350 and butter a 9x9 baking dish.
- Layer peaches on the bottom of the dish.
- Mix the rest of the ingredients in a bowl, forming a crumble topping.
- Sprinkle on top of peaches and bake for 40 minutes.
- Let cool for at least 10 minutes before serving.

Yum yum yum! Made half the recipe using 2 (15 oz) cans of peaches in 100% juice (drained). Used a 1qt baking dish (about 9"x5"). After mixing up the topping and adding to the peaches, decided I wanted more topping (I like lots of topping lol) so made 1/4 topping mixture in addition; added about 1/8 tsp salt to the topping (initial 1/2 batch). Loved it. Thanks for sharing!
