  1. Heat oven to 350°F Grease and lightly flour 2 (9x5x3-inch) loaf pans.
  2. In large bowl, beat butter and sugar at medium speed 3 to 4 minutes or until light and fluffy. Beating at low speed, add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Beat in vanilla.
  3. In another large bowl, combine flour, cinnamon, baking powder and salt. At low speed, alternately beat flour mixture and milk into sugar mixture, beating just until blended. Fold in pecans. Spread in pans.
  4. Bake 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pans 10 minutes; remove from pans. Cool completely on wire rack.
