Cinnamon Raisin Biscuits

"I found this online when I was searching for a copycat for Hardee's Cinnamon Raisin Biscuits. I also add a glaze of powdered sugar, butter, and milk to the top of them after they are finished baking to make it more like the kind from Hardees. I didn't post the recipe for it because I don't have exact measurements, I just wing it! My hubby and I enjoy them and I hope you do too!"

  1. These were good. A little dry for my taste but had an overall good flavor.

  2. THESE ARE WONDERFUL! easy, inexpensive (i had everything in my pantryalready) and healthy. By using skim milk, heart smart bisquick, and splenda, these are little healthy nuggests of goodness. Sneeky too, you would never guess they are so lean. I'm always on the look out for recipes with low sugar content and little or no added fat- this fits the bill. I can't wait to make these for company! p.s. the powdered sugar glaze is a great decadent touch too:)

  3. My family enjoyed these a lot! I wanted something a little different for their breakfast today since it's just a blah day. They ate them all and raved. I used Recipe #95365 for the glaze...no butter, so I like that one. Thanks so much! Bigger crowd this time and I used a cinnamon cream cheese icing. They were devoured quickly and I wish I had made more so that I could have gotten one. :) Love that it uses bisquick, which here, is my little secret. ;)

  4. These were very easy to make and everyone enjoyed them. Very filling. One was just enough for each of us. We only made 6 from the recipe instead of nine as listed. Thanks for sharing!

I am a teacher, and have been married to my high school sweetheart for almost 9 years. I have a niece who is 7, and a nephew who is 1. Also, I have 2 sweet kitties. Sinatra is a bit on the plump side, and Audrey is a petite dainty thing. They both are almost mirror images of each other. <a href="http://photobucket.com/" target="_blank"><img src="http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v202/airbornearmywife/joshnatras2.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting"></a> <embed type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" src="http://wmg.photobucket.com/pbwidget.swf?pbwurl=http://wmg.photobucket.com/albums/v202/airbornearmywife/1159026847.pbw" height="120" width="400"></embed> <a href="http://www.amazingcounter.com"><img border="0" src="http://c8.amazingcounters.com/counter.php?i=1680027&c=5040394" alt="Web Counter"/></a> <img src="http://i42.photobucket.com/albums/e347/Saturn6666/KiwiDutch/3chefstag1.jpg"> <img src="http://i23.photobucket.com/albums/b399/susied214/permanent%20collection/PAC08Main.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"><img src="http://i23.photobucket.com/albums/b399/susied214/permanent%20collection/adoptedspring08.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket">
