Cinnamon Raisin Bread

"After lots of tinkering with different recipes, this one is my family's favourite so far. We use a black and decker all in one bread machine. My boys would eat it every day for breakfast if they could!"

  • soak rasins in hot water for 5 minutes, then drain thouroughly.
  • add all ingredients in order listed (except the raisins - add those at the beep).
  • bake on 2 lb loaf, light or med crust, sweet settings on machine.
