ingredients
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 1⁄2 cups warm water
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 4 cups white flour
- 1⁄4 cup brown sugar
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
- 3 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 1⁄4 teaspoons yeast
- 3⁄4 cup raisins
directions
- soak rasins in hot water for 5 minutes, then drain thouroughly.
- add all ingredients in order listed (except the raisins - add those at the beep).
- bake on 2 lb loaf, light or med crust, sweet settings on machine.
