  • 1. Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice cubes. Add vodka, schnapps and cider; shake well.
  • 2. In a shallow bowl, mix the sugar & cinnamon. Moisten the rims of two champagne flutes and coat with the cinnamon sugar. Strain the cocktail into the flutes.

  1. we thought this was so-so. We used a schnapps called "99 apples" which is, as the name implies, 99 proof. perhaps due to this, this cocktail tasted like straight booze.
