  • Add boiling water to oats in bowl and let sit 5 min
  • Add soy milk and microwave 45 sec, stir then another 45 sec.
  • Take out and stir. If it needs more time microwave again until there is very little water left in the bowl then add cinnamon and brown sugar and enjoy.

  1. it was good but i mixed the cinnamon and brown sugar together in a desperate bowl and then sprinkled it on as necessary
     
  2. Way too much cinnamon!! no one would eat it. I think it should be a teaspoon not tablespoon of cinnamon. I didn't make it again though so it's a guess.
     
  3. This is good basic oatmeal dish. It was a bit too much cinnamon for my personal taste, but my kids loved this oatmeal recipe as written. It was both flavorful and sweet enough to satisfy them. I just added a little extra milk to my serving, and it suited me just fine. Made for Pick-A-Chef Spring 2009.
