Cinnamon Waffles

"DH loves waffles. Don't get discouraged if the batter comes out very runny. It will fluff up perfectly."

 1. Thank you for sharing your delicious waffle recipe with us. My family enjoyed them for Easter brunch.

 2. This isn't as bad but it wasn't as good either. You need to add another tablespoon of sugar 'cause the batter doesn't taste anything. I made it today and the waffles are more salty than sweet. I ended up putting more cinnamon and sugar in it. The batter is runny but it was fluffy when you put it on your waffle maker.

 3. I made these waffles a few minutes ago and they were awful. They were not sweet at all and had little to no flavor. I made two waffles, tried them, and then threw the rest of the batter out.
Terrible!

 4. This is a really good easy recipe for a scrumptious breakfast. There was just the right amount of cinnamon and really fluffy but had a great crunch to the outside. This was made for Fall PAC 2008.

 5. Fluffy and light waffles with just the right amount of cinnamon taste. The whole family enjoyed these waffles. Thanx for posting the recipe. I'll make them again.

I am a 21 year old homemaker (and soon to be mommy!) from the Florida Panhandle. I love to cook and try new things. I never got all the cooking wisdom from my mother that many other people have, so I've had to teach myself over the last couple years. I have to admit, though, it's been lots of fun with it's good share of hard work. Thank goodness my husband is so forgiving! DH and I have been married for almost two years now, and I just love him to pieces. We are having our first baby in March, so then I can cook for him, too! Well, as soon as he's ready. :) I am pretty young, and I am just now experiencing being invited to events and being asked to bring a dish. It's very exciting to me, and makes cooking all the more fun. Also, I am always hearing from DH, "These mashed potatoes are good," or whatever it is I am making, "but they aren't quite like my mom's." So, I am hoping that one day he will be saying to other people, "These mashed potatoes aren't as good as my wife's!" ha ha. Here's hoping!
