  • Cream butter, brown sugar, and regular sugar.
  • Beat in eggs, both one at a time, and stir in vanilla.
  • Mix flour and baking powder, and add to batter.
  • Stir in zucchini, coconut, nuts, and raisins.
  • Spread in a 9x13 greased pan.
  • Bake 350 oven for 40-50 minutes, until golden brown and set.
  • Meanwhile, combine all glaze ingredients. Spread on cake when almost cooled.
