Directions

  1. In a 4-quart pan, saute onion, garlic, and green pepper in oil until tender.
  2. Add tomatoes, chicken broth, wine, clam juice, basil, thyme, oregano, red pepper, and bay leaf.
  3. Simmer 45 minutes.
  4. Add clams; bring to a simmer.
  5. Add rest of seafood.
  6. Simmer, uncovered, stirring often, for 3-5 minutes, or until clams open.
  7. Discard bay leaf and any unopened clams before serving.
  8. Garnish with parsley sprigs.
