  • 12 cup butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon onion, minced to taste
  • 2 teaspoons lemon rind, grated
  • 14 teaspoon white pepper
  • orange butter

  • 12 cup butter
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice, frozen concentrate
  • 1 teaspoon orange rind, grated

directions

  • For either butter: in a small mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Beat until fluffy & well mixed. Cover & refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.

  5. Made for your Wk 15 Football Pool win, flavored butters are a pers fave & I even have a cookbook devoted to them. Made as written, I used the lemon butter on baked fish. We do not buy frozen juice conc, so I used the orange butter atop French toast w/the creative twist of using warmed orange marmalade mixed w/the butter. Both were delicious! Thx for these recipes & Congrats on your FP win. :-)
