  1. Orange and chocolate were meant for each other, IMHO :) This is a great way to get them together. I subbed Splenda for the sugar and used cooking grade orange oil (I think it is a bit stronger than extract). Delicious! Made for Winter 2010 Comfort Cafe game.

  2. This was a comforting drink, but I think next time I would increase both the cocoa and orange liqueur by 50 to 100 percent. On the other hand, it may have been softly flavored because I don't think my cocoa is dutched. It whipped up beautifully.

  3. I made this using skim milk and Cointreau for the orange liqueur. Cocoa is about the only form of chocolate I actually enjoy and I enjoyed this. The orange liqueur was a nice accent without overpowering the drink.

  4. I made the full batch of this and then, when it was done, divided it in half. To one half I added orange extract (my unleaded batch) and to one half I added Grand Marnier (my leaded batch!). While they were both lovely, I actually thought that the unleaded had a nicer orange taste. Both were quite enjoyed though!

  5. So Rich and YUMMY. We really enjoyed this delicious cocoa. I did half the recipe for the 2 of us. Made it using soy milk and Grand Marnier for the orange liqueur. This was so good on a cold evening.Thank you very much for posting.
