1. easy to make...tasty and refreshing. with some basamati and broccoli it was superb and easy. what else could you ask for?

 2. This glaze tasted GREAT! The sweetness and acidity were just enough to give a wonderful boost to the mahi mahi without over doing it. It's great over rice and vegetables. And a splash of tequila gives it a nice kick.

 3. I brushed salmon steaks with this glaze and loved the results. Excellent flavor, the citrus flavor wasn't overpowered by the salmon--Next time I will make extra glaze and stir into cooked rice. Thanks for posting!

I'm a recently retired San Diego trial attorney and wanna-be professional chef-restauranteur. Why am I so passionate about cooking? I don't know. What I do know is that those who don't cook are missing out on one of life's truly enjoyable experiences! I have a collection of whimsical signs posted above my workbench at home, one of which states: Love people. Cook them tasty food. How true.
8727975"
