  • Cut up veggies in small pieces, not carrots.
  • Cut white onion in bite size pieces.
  • Cut chicken up into 1 inch pieces.
  • Place lemon slices on bottom of crock pot with carrots and onion and pineapple, lay chicken over that and add.
  • Remaining ingredients in crock pot.
  • Stir together, and let soak in fridge over night.
  • Cook on low for up to 6 hours, or on high for 3 hrs (every crock pot is different).
  • Enjoy with white rice or brown rice.
