- 1⁄2 small fresh pineapple, chopped small
- 1 large orange, chopped small
- 1 nectarine, chopped small
- 1 garlic clove, chopped very fine
- 2 tablespoons onions, chopped very fine
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
directions
- Mix all ingredients together and let sit for about 1/2 an hour before serving, stirring often.
