Great stuff, Boomie. I tripled this to use up some white wine that was hanging out in my fridge, needing to be used up. I didn't have and grapefruit juice on hand, so I just doubled the pineapple, and added a splash of Rose's sweetened lime juice. This is a really refreshing, not too sweet white sangria that I think I'll end up making often.

*Made for Australia/NZ Swap #66*. I love tart, but just couldn't get the right combo of sweetener and fruit to overcome the tang. Did find Mandarin vodka, but never lime. Used plain vodka with juice of 1/2 lime. I think a different combo of fruits with this liquid could be very tasty -- wish I had had some very ripe cantaloupe and fresh pineapple. Thanks for posting, Boomette.
