  2. Heat olive oil in pan.
  3. add swiss steak, onions, green bell pepper and Mushrooms.
  4. Cover and Cook until steak is fully cooked.
  5. Add Worcestershire Sauce, Dry vermouth, lemon juice, and black pepper.
  6. cook for 10-15 minutes.
  7. Add Manderine oranges and cook until they separate in dish.
  8. Serve over rice or pasta.
