Citrus Watermelon Popsicles

  • Remove watermelon from rind and cut into chunks. Puree well in blender. Pour through sieve into a pitcher to get approximately 4-5 cups of watermelon juice.
  • Juice the grapefruit and oranges through a sieve to catch any seeds or pulp, and add juice to pitcher. Stir well.
  • Pour into popsicle molds and follow mold instructions to place popsicle sticks, if needed. Freeze for at least 6 hours.
  • Enjoy!
