Directions

  1. Cook pasta shells until barley tender, drain.
  2. Place shells in a large bowl of water with oil, then drain.
  3. With a hand mixer, beat cheese, garlic, and horseradish until creamy.
  4. Stir in parsley, clams and salt and pepper, to taste.
  5. Stuff the cooked shells with the clam mixture.
  6. Chill.
  7. Arrange on a platter and enjoy !
