Clam-Tomato Broth

- 2 cups Clamato juice
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 1⁄2 cup dry sherry
- 1 green onion, finely chopped
- 1 small garlic clove, halved
- minced fresh parsley (to garnish)
directions
- Combine first 4 ingredients in medium saucepan over medium-high heat and bring to boil.
- Reduce heat, add onion and garlic and return to boil. Let boil 1 minute.
- Discard garlic.
- Ladle soup into mugs and garnish with parsley.
