  • Combine first 4 ingredients in medium saucepan over medium-high heat and bring to boil.
  • Reduce heat, add onion and garlic and return to boil. Let boil 1 minute.
  • Discard garlic.
  • Ladle soup into mugs and garnish with parsley.
