Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 (8 ounce) can sweet corn (drained)
  • 1 (8 ounce) can creamed corn
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 12 cup melted butter
  • 1 (8 ounce) box corn muffin mix

Directions

  1. pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. mix all ingredients together and pour into a greased, 2 quart baking dish.
  3. bake for 1 hour.
