  1. Great flavor, my only issue was mine were a bit dry. I think it was because I used King Arthur Flour, I know that when I'm making bread it takes more liquid so I expect it is the same for what ever you use it for. Other than that this is a wonderful cookie.

  2. I made this recipe at Christmas for my boyfriend & he said these are the best oatmeal raisin cookies he has ever had! He informed me I have now spoiled him from all other cookies of this type.<br/>This will be a recipe I will continue to make.

  4. These cookies are delicious! Everyone who tried them today had real trouble stopping eating them! Simple recipe, too, and it came together fast. I used golden raisins and almond milk - otherwise made as written. I love the flavour of the golden raisins in these, it really suits them well. Thanks Pink, this is an awesome recipe! Made for 1-2-3 Hits.

  5. I made these yesterday for a friend who very promptly held up a hand with all 5 fingers spread wide. I omitted the nuts per request but all else was "by the book". My gosh, these are so quick and easy to put together they will have to become a classic with moms who want more healthy cookies for the kids coming home from school. I actually got a total of 41 cookies. My friend said that he had oatmeal and coffee for breakfast this morning, oatmeal cookies! LOL. Made for Photo Tag

  1. Today I didn't have any raisins but I did have some crystallized ginger that I minced about 3/4c. Turned out great.
