Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 12 cups whipping cream
  • 4 tablespoons vanilla sugar
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • 12 cup cloudberries, plus a few for garnish

Directions

  1. Whip the cream and sugar, add almond extract.
  2. Gently fold in the cloudberries.
  3. Pour into a nice bowl and decorate with cloudberries.
  4. May be served with Krumkaker or almond flavored cookies or used between layers of a torte.
