- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 garlic powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon dried chipotle powder (optional)
- 1 cup Italian dressing
- 6 skinned and boneless chicken breast halves
- 4 lbs flank steaks
- 20 (8 inch) flour tortillas, warmed

- sour cream, shredded lettuce, shopped tomato, shredded Cheddar cheese
directions
- Combine first 6 ingredients and, if desired, chipotle seasoning.
- Stir together chili powder mixture and dressing. Pour half of marinade into a shallow dish or large heavy-duty zip-top plastic bag; add chicken. Cover or seal.
- Pour remaining marinade into a separate shallow dish or large heavy-duty zip-top plastic bag; add beef. Cover or seal; chill chicken and beef 2 hours.
- Remove chicken and beef from marinade, discarding marinade.
- Grill, covered with grill lid, over medium heat (300 to 350 F) about 15 minutes on each side or until chicken is done and beef is to desired degree of doneness.
- Cut chicken and beef into strips. Serve in warmed flour tortillas with desired toppings.
