  1. Line 4 plates with spinach. Tear lettuce into bite sized pieces and top spinach.
  2. Arrange blue cheese, chicken, avocado, and bacon on top of greens. Peel and quarter eggs. Place 2 wedges on each plate.
  3. In a small bowl, combine lemon juice, salt and pepper. Whisk in oil. Pour dressing over salad and serve.
