  1. I made half the recipe using 3 chicken breast halves, and baked for 45 minutes. Great and surprising tasty sauce, Served with Recipe #161631 and Recipe #365745 for a quick and delicious dinner. Thanks for posting Dan! Made for PAC Spring 2010.

  2. Hello Dan-Amer #1 Thank you for posting this recipe. At first, I could not imagine that a mixture of ketchup and coca-cola would cook such a tender and tasty chicken. I used boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into larger pieces and found that 20 minutes was perfect for the cooking time. I removed the chicken and let the sauce thicken slightly, and WOW, was it ever tasty. I will make this recipe again, but will use some chicken thighs, chicken legs, chicken drumettes and some chicken breast. The dark meat will take a bit longer to cook, so would remove the chicken breasts at about 20 minutes cooking time. I will add some crushed red hot peppers or a small amount of Sambal Oelek and also some fresh garlic. This will give the chicken a bit of a spicy flavor. Thank you so much for this very easy and simple, delicious recipe. Regards, "Uncle Bill"

  3. I used boneless chicken breast so could not bake it as long as called for so it didn't have much of a glaze. I would have to do a reduction on the sauce to make it much thicker for it to work. Some of the girls really enjoyed it but most thought it was just okay. Not a hit here but worth the try if you use bone in pieces.
