  1. In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients except franks.
  2. Bring to a boil stirring frequently and reduce heat.
  3. Add franks and simmer 10 minutes.
  4. Keep warm in a crockpot, fondue pot or chafing dish.
  5. Serve with toothpicks.
