- 1⁄3 cup cream
- 1⁄3 cup tomato sauce
- 2 drops Tabasco sauce
- 3 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1⁄4 teaspoon lemon zest, very finely grated
- 1⁄2 teaspoon parsley, finely chopped
- salt
- ground black pepper
directions
- Combine all ingredients except salt and pepper, in a small bowl and mix well, then season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
