"I dont eat seafood but I do make it for the family once in a while. I needed a dipping sauce to serve with and over shellfish and I found this one, with an adjustment or two, I am told by the seafood lovers of this family that this is just the thing."

ingredients

¹⁄₃ cup cream
¹⁄₃ cup tomato sauce
2 drops Tabasco sauce
3 teaspoons lemon juice
¹⁄₄ teaspoon lemon zest, very finely grated
¹⁄₂ teaspoon parsley, finely chopped
salt
ground black pepper

directions

Combine all ingredients except salt and pepper, in a small bowl and mix well, then season to taste with salt and pepper.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
