Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in the bowl of food processor or blender.
  2. Blend or pulse on high for 30-40 seconds, or until desired consistency.
  3. If thinner butter is desired, more oil can be added, but I found it kinda just increased the oil without thinning the texture a sufficient amount.
  4. Should keep in the fridge for about 2 weeks. Because of the coconut oil this will become more firm with refrigeration.
