- Mix together all ingredients except jam into a smooth dough.
- Form into 1 1/2-inch balls.
- With the handle of a wooden spoon make an indentation in the center of each.
- Bake in a preheated 275 degree oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
- Fill centers with jam.
