  1. Place butter in a microwave safe bowl and microwave on high for 15-30 seconds, or until just melted.
  2. Stir in brown sugar, cocoa and vanilla. Mix well.
  3. Stir in cake flour.
  4. Stir in chocolate chips.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and chill 1 hour, or until firm.
  6. Preheat oven to 350°F
  7. Break off small pieces of dough and form into balls.
  8. Place on ungreased baking sheets.
  9. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until firm but not browned.
  10. Cool on baking sheets 5 minutes, then remove to rack to cool completely.
