ingredients

3 ¹⁄₂ cups milk
1 cup half-and-half
2 cinnamon sticks (3 inch each)
8 ounces semisweet chocolate
1 teaspoon instant espresso
1 teaspoon vanilla

directions

Heat milk, cream and cinnamon to a boil. Add chocolate, instant coffee until chocolate is melted and well blended.
Add vanilla!
Top with whipped cream!

Wow! This cocoa has a great kick. Don't have half and half in this country, so I just used some 15% fat cream. My favorite part was sucking on the cinnamon sticks afterwards.
