Directions

  1. Grate and juice the orange.
  2. Put rice into pan and add water to 3cm above rice.
  3. Bring to boil then simmer until cooked about 12-15 minutes.
  4. When cooked, add grated orange, juice and remaining ingredients.
  5. Toss until well combined.
