Directions

  1. Place medium pot over low heat.
  2. Add saffron threads, cook 30 seconds till aromatic.
  3. Stir in water, increase heat to medium.
  4. Add coconut cream, rice, sugar and sultanas.
  5. Cook , stirring till mix comes to the boil.
  6. Reduce heat, simmer uncovered, stir occasionally for 20 minutes till rice is cooked and mixture is thick and creamy.
  7. Spoon into bowls and serve straight away.
