Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 12 cups light corn syrup
  • 12 cup water
  • 4 cups desiccated coconut
  • 12 teaspoon almond flavoring
  • dipping chocolate


  1. Combine sugar, syrup, and water in a heavy saucepan.
  2. Cover, cook until boiling rapidly.
  3. Remove cover and insert candy thermometer.
  4. Cook until 234'.
  5. Remove heat, add coconut and almond flavoring.
  6. Pour onto a slab or platter and let cool.
  7. Shape into 3/4" balls.
  8. Dip in chocolate.
