Ingredients: 1 cup grated coconut; 2 green chilies; 1/4 teaspoon salt, to taste; 1 teaspoon black mustard seeds; 3 teaspoons peanuts (or peanut butter); 1/4 teaspoon tamarind pulp

ingredients

1 cup grated coconut
2 green chilies
¹⁄₄ teaspoon salt, to taste
1 teaspoon black mustard seeds
3 teaspoons peanuts (or peanut butter)
¹⁄₄ teaspoon tamarind pulp

directions

grind all ingrediants, except mustard seeds, together with a little water to moisten mix.
In one tablespoon of hot oil in frying pan add mustard seed till they pop. Add to ground mix.
