- 1 cup sugar
- 1⁄3 cup cornstarch
- 2 cups milk
- 14 ounces coconut milk
- 6 egg yolks
directions
- Whisk together in heavy saucepan.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat, whisking costantly and boil 1 minute or till thick, keep whisking.
- Remove from heat.
- Place pan in ice water, whisking occasionally until cool.
- Cover and chill at least 1 hour before using.
