  • Whisk together in heavy saucepan.
  • Bring to a boil over medium heat, whisking costantly and boil 1 minute or till thick, keep whisking.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Place pan in ice water, whisking occasionally until cool.
  • Cover and chill at least 1 hour before using.
