  • Bruise lemongrass stalk with the back of knife. Combine broth, lemongrass, chilies, ginger, lime, mushrooms and simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Add fish and continue to simmer until just opaque(only a few minutes).
  • Remove from heat and remove lemon grass stalk. Add coconut milk, sea salt or fish sauce to taste. Garnish with basil and cilantro.
