- 3 (1 g) packets Splenda sugar substitute
- 1 tablespoon instant coffee granules
- 1⁄4 teaspoon coconut extract
- 1⁄4 teaspoon vanilla or 1/4 teaspoon rum extract

- Combine all the ingredients in a blender and add ice as needed for your desired consistency.
