- 4 cups frozen mixed fruit (peaches, melon, pineapple, grapes, strawberries)
- 1 1⁄2 cups coconut milk (rooster brand, 1 can)
- 1 tablespoon real vanilla extract
- 1 medium banana
directions
- An easy way to measure the frozen fruit is to put in blender so that it reaches about two inches from the top.
- Place all of ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
