Coconut Fudge Cups

- 1⁄4 cup butter, soft
- 3 ounces cream cheese, soft
- 3⁄4 cup flour
- 1⁄4 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla

COCONUT FUDGE FILLING
- 2⁄3 cup sugar
- 2⁄3 cup flaked coconut
- 1⁄3 cup cocoa
- 2 tablespoons butter, soft
- 1 egg
directions
- Heat oven to 350.
- Mix butter and cream cheese in large bowl. Stir in remaining cookie ingredients.
- Pat 1" ball of dough in bottom and up side of each of 24 small ungreased muffin cups (1-3/4" x 1").
- Prepare filling by mixing all ingredients. Spoon about 2t filling into each cup. Bake 18-20 min or till almost no indent remains when filling is.

- Cool slightly. Remove carefully from muffin cups.

I read voraciously, to the detriment of the hypothetical cleanliness of my house. I think white chocolate should be illegal, since it's not chocolate.
